Slow Pot Roast

Slow pot roasting joints are similar to Brisket joints, ideal for putting on a bed of vegetables in a casserole or slow cooker if you like to have tender slices of your beef. Add stock, wine, beer or apple juice to the pot and few bay leaves if you have them to enhance the taste.
