Lamb Neck Fillet

Another staff favourite, the lamb neck fillet is a tender cut. We love to put it in a lamb curry from a tikka to a Rogan Josh (or however, spicy you like it!)
Also perfect for a quicker casserole. It doesn’t take as long as diced lamb would to cook!
